A little stop by Bass Pro on Branson Landing turned into picking up a new fly rod.

Sometimes the best memories start before you ever hit the water. I spent some time speaking to the gentleman who rang me up and a lady waiting in line about where I fish and how the current regulations have really helped the river quality. I received some knowledge as well about the fly fishing around Branson and possibly some “locals only” spots. 😉

Throwback from 2016 when I was running a flat bottom AFF and had never even picked up a fly rod. Good times with the family. Apologies to the nephew for the DOT.

Father’s Day float trip and the fish of the day. Norfork dam to Norfork access. Barely 2 hours with 1 unit running. Always a fun float.

Starting my 30s and already feeling this.

Getting older isn’t the hard part… it’s realizing your hands don’t work like they used to when the fish are biting 😂🎣
