CHANGE THE DATE!!

SHS 2026 PHOENIX TENNIS CAMP!!

SHS Tennis Camp has been rescheduled for Monday June 22-Tuesday June 23, 2026 from 8-11:00 am at the Sonoraville Recreation Department for Boys and Girls in grades 1st-8th grade. Instruction will led SHS coaches, and players. It’s going to be a great camp, so make plans to attend! Instruction will be from current players, coaches and former players.

Registration Forms can be picked up at Sonoraville High, Red Bud Middle, Sonoraville/Red Bud/Fairmount and Belwood Elementary Schools beginning next week.

Coming off a dominating performance against Burke County, the SHS PHOENIX tennis look to carry that momentum over into today's Elite 8 matchup, when they travel to Morgan County to face the BULLDOGS. Matches are slated to get underway at 10:00 am at Morgan County High School.

WHO'S READY FOR SOME PHOENIX TENNIS?

The SHS PHOENIX tennis are back in action today when they host the first round of the GHSA AA State Tournament at Sonoraville High School. The LADY PHOENIX kicks the mornign off when they host the PANTHERS of Carver of Atlanta with matches slated to get underway at 10:00 am. The PHOENIX boys will take the court this afternoon around 3:30 pm when they entertain the WOLVERINES of Miller Grove.

It's going to be another great morning, and afternoon for PHOENIX TENNIS, so grab your chairs, and come out and show your support!

Red Bud Middle Tennis celebrated their season today with food, a water slide, & games! A few special recognitions were made as well.
