A huge thank you to Mad Shannon’s Phit Shed! These donated funds to the Cadott Run Club will provide our athletes with quality equipment and healthy snacks! We are truly grateful for the support and look forward to the impact this will have! Thank You Shannon!!!

Another week of solid workouts Monday & Wednesday. Tonight was a lot of fun! We’re sad it’s our last coach-led workout until our first official practice, August 17th. Proud of all the summer effort. We’re ready!

For tonight we will still have our contact day regardless of the rain, as we will be inside the entire time if needed. However, we will run this contact day a bit shorter. It will be from 5:30-6:45. See you there!

Thanks to everyone who came out today to participate in the parade and clean up afterward! Thanks to Coach Erickson and Coach Phelps for collaborating with Cadott XC. This coming week is busy: Monday-morning weight room, Wednesday-morning weight room and evening athletic code meeting, Friday-our last team building day led by coaches.

Thank you to everyone who showed up this morning for Mad Shannon’s Phit 5k. Whether you were running alongside us or cheering and showing support, it means a lot to us. There was great effort by all runners and some awesome times! We’re back at it Monday at 6:00 AM!

Another great day of putting in effort and having fun! It’s inspiring to watch these student-athletes laugh and enjoy the process even when it’s tough. We did hill repeats and then enjoyed a swim and bean bags. A huge thank you to Mrs. Jean Dressel for hosting us today. Also, thank you to all the parents for providing treats and allowing your child to be a part of Cadott Cross Country! We live for days like this!
