Monday begins a new 8 week boot camp session. We meet M W F mornings from 6:30 to 7:15 am in the Cabot School gym.

If I have to cancel any classes due to the weather, I just add days on at the end. I am there from 6:15 until 7:30 am if you want to do a warm up and extra cardio at the end. The 8 week session is $192, per week $27, or $10 per individual session. Everyone is invited regardless of ability to pay. Please do not stay away due to lack of funds. If you do not want to do a class, but would just like to use the equipment during this time, it is $8 a time. All school employees and students are free.
