🏈SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR FRIDAY 🏈

To accommodate our basketball players who will be traveling to the Findlay Team Camp, Friday’s football practice will begin at 7:00 AM.

📅 Friday Practice
⏰ 7:00 AM – Approximately 9:30 AM

This adjustment will allow those athletes to depart by 9:00 AM for their tournament while still participating in practice.

If your athlete needs assistance with transportation due to the schedule change, please have them communicate with the coaching staff as soon as possible so we can help coordinate rides.

HIGH SCHOOL INSTALLMENT CAMP BEGINS TOMORROW

📅 Monday–Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Athletes should bring:
✅ Cleats
✅ Tennis Shoes
✅ Appropriate clothing for lifting and field work
✅ Water bottle (Optional)
✅ Snack (optional for film sessions)

🔥 Installment Camp is the foundation of our summer and our season. Over the course of this week, athletes will receive approximately 80-90% of our offensive, defensive, and special teams playbook.

Attendance is critical. Athletes who miss Installment Camp will have significant information to make up and will find themselves behind as we move forward.

We look forward to a great week of learning, competing, and building toward the 2026 season.

Riddell will be at lifting tomorrow 6/1 to fit athletes for helmets. Athletes should make every effort to be in attendance.

REMINDER
Speed and agility workouts begin tomorrow for the upcoming Jr High football team. June 1st 3-4:30 pm @ the football field. Please bring cleats, tennis shoes, water, and dress for the weather. We will also be opening the weight room for any athletes that would like to lift after. It’s not a requirement but an opportunity. Thanks looking forward to get the season going!

🏈 JUNE FOOTBALL CALENDAR 🏈

A few important reminders as we begin summer football:

📅 While not every event is mandatory, attendance is expected.

📲 If an athlete must miss due to a vacation, appointment, or emergency, communication with the coaching staff is required.

🔥 INSTALLMENT CAMP IS THE FOUNDATION OF OUR SUMMER. This is where we teach and install our offensive, defensive, and special teams systems. Athletes who miss Installment Camp will have significant material to make up and may find themselves behind their teammates.

The athletes who attend consistently will be the most prepared when the season arrives.

Several Meadowbrook Football players spent their day competing and learning at the Marietta College Football Camp.

We want to thank the Marietta coaching staff for hosting a great camp and providing a valuable opportunity for student-athletes from around the region.

Events like these allow athletes to compete, learn from college coaches, gain exposure, and continue developing as football players.

Reminder anyone interested in playing football for MMS next year. Summer speed workouts begin next Monday June 2nd 3-430pm at the football field. Please bring cleats, tennis shoes, water, and dress for the weather. Attached also is our June July schedule and how to get on the remind app. Can’t wait to get going.
