I finished out the .origins April Challenge ‐ 5000 Pound Deadlifts for time with 455 pounds x 11 reps, completed in 19 seconds.

Speed Deadlifts are not my thing. But, I finished in 8th place. I am very happy with that result.

Even at 53 years old, the engine still has some remaining.
