This last week I have been fortunate to take a position promoting a type of training or therapy that I have been using aince April, and reading about the last year.
HealthIsFeedom.com is our website. These platforms are sold at medical conventions and tradeshshows around the country.
WBV is Whole Body Vibration training and therapy. The benefits range from pain, osteoperosis prevention and reversal, strength, muscle, endurance, weight loss, stem cell and cartiledge recovery, plus many many more.
You do have to watch for cheaper versions. What is important with these is the frequency of vibration. Ours ranges from 20-99.
We also carry the smallest wireless EMS/Tens unit and a heated massage gun.

40's were so good. Then, nid 40's the heart went a lil nuts and i was put on medicine. It's been a challenge for a couple of years now.
I typically love a challenge. But this is probably one of the biggest i ever had.
I'm almost up to my second pregnancy weight. Weird to me.
It's interesting as a trainer to go through this. Im 51, health is different, BUT I will get through it. And will come out on the other side of this battle wherever the big man wants me to.
I used to preach this so much...

NEVER, EVER GIVE UP!

(One lil tip of advice, stay away from energy drinks. Try some fesh cold green tea with cinnamon srrinkled in it for your pre workout. Look it up)

Good morning everyone! Hope it's a day of taking steps to create a healthier version of yourslef!

This week I am taking a poll to add another small group training session to the schedule.
This is a fun and affordable way to get in the gym, work on yourslef and have an hour to sweat it out with some friends and like minded people 2-3 times a week.

Currently I run small group on Tues and Thursday at 10am. This is an awesome group of ladies that have been training together for 3 months.

I am looking to add a second small group.

Get together with a couple or a few friends that will want to join you on this training adventure and let's have some fun!
