We are also looking for meal & prize sponsors for our golf outing. I’m estimating the meal to be about $170 (if we have a full outing) and the prizes at $135. We take donations in any amount until we reach our goal! All donors will be listed on a sign in the clubhouse & posted to our page!

Here is the information for the sports physical day at Bushnell Clinic! Please ask for a separate copy to turn into us, as we do not share records with the school. I will post a link to the form in the comments.

Reminder: physicals are required to be turned into us before the player can start practice. You don’t have to attend this specific office/doctor, we just share it because it’s convenient and affordable!
