HAPPY CONSTITUTION DAY!
How many of you know that the founding fathers were very explicit that the Federal Government's powers are FEW and DEFINED?
Seems we may have jumped the rails some in that department.
How many of you know that "if any statement, within any law, which is passed, is unconstitutional, the whole law is unconstitutional" (Marbury v. Madison 5 us 137,1803)
How many illegal laws do you think there are?

That has turned out more then a little prophetic.

Another solid bull’s-eye.

How many of you know that the phrase "separation of church and state" does not appear in the Constitution?
How many know that the founding fathers would find the redefinition of the First Amendment (that prohibits the free expression of religious beliefs and practices in public schools and public settings) offencive and a clear violation of the Constitution?
And finally, what part of "the RIGHT of the people to OWN and BEAR Arms shall NOT be infringed" is ambiguous and hard to understand?
Turns out that when our intellectual and legal elites are stumped by the meaning of this simple proposition, they will be equally stumped by nearly any simple question like, what is a woman?
I believe it is an arguable historical fact that our Founding Fathers created the best man-made document when they formed the Constitution. And I would suggest that it would show wisdom on our part if we do everything in our power to preserve it and the blessings it secures for its people.
