First off, not every product on your bike needs to come from a massive warehouse ‼️
While you’d think mountain bikers would be the type to stand by small businesses, riders are consistently swayed by big brand marketing. That’s just the reality. We’re a small team (hint: fewer people than a World Cup podium) located in Richmond, VT. While we can’t ship 100 orders in a day or sponsor Richie Rude, we can make sure every single Rim Saver is properly assembled, packed, and spoken for. Actually, time seems to show that refinement almost always leads to more minimalist products. Remember OtterBox phone cases? Those things were massive.
