A large cut (slash) in your tire cannot be sealed by tubeless sealant. When you slash a tire with foam insert, your ride is over. You could be stuck carrying your insert or rolling on a flat to get out of the woods. With Rim Saver, you can pop a tube in right over your insert and keep riding 🤝
