The workout program I'm doing right now has 2 rest days scheduled every week. I cherish my rest days... But I don't want two every week (I can't believe I'm saying that! Ha! Anyone surprised that Adele works out 6 days a week?)
Sooooo.... Since I have an extra day every week I am choosing to use that day as a lower impact workout day to recover and stretch from my high impact, high intensity workouts in Combat (which I love!)
Today I chose to do a workout called PiYo sweat. My absolute favorite workout ever. Like ever. EVER. EVER. I've done a lot of workouts, so this is saying a lot! So fun and can you see the sweat dripping from my face? Yikes!!! I love it!
I'm sweating that much from a No impact, high intensity workout without jumping or bouncing around (and peeing my pants...eek! ) LOVE Chalene Johnson and this amazing workout!
Not only is this an amazing workout, but I truly believe she is one of the absolute best trainers. She's positive, energetic, talks you through every move, and helps with form and functionality- a GREAT overall instructor! And the PiYo challenge pack is on special this month for less than normal.
