Congratulations to Boy's Powerlifting.
What a phenomenal day. Three of them qualified for STATE! Big round of applause to Grayson Thomas, Jabari Smith, and Ayden Juarez. 👏👏👏
Everyone crushed the squat, bench and deadlift today. Freese and King, posted new totals, while Holms also had a PR in squat and bench. Jabari finally threw off the “500lbs curse” on deadlift and is super excited to test his new ceiling. Overall, fantastic job boys! See you all at state!

Great job this year girls! We have two seniors departing us, but the core is returning. There are a lot of great things in store for this group. Parents, thank you for all of the support. It takes a village.
