- Hanging with my fur baby, Walt
- Painting with a glass of wine
- Nights spent on the couch with my husband
- Beautiful sunsets in our backyard

I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So thankful for this season, and this beautiful life I lead.

My brain is always busy, and so am I. 🤍

Eldest daughter = perfectionist, hyper independent, rule follower, hard worker, caretaker.

Double Sag = expansion, dreaming big, never sitting still, blunt honesty, allergic to the word no, fueled by luck and delusion.

Virgo moon = organized, structured, logical, type A to the core.

Add a pair of grip socks and a Pilates mat and you’ve got me. 💪🏼

Despite a minor injury that limited my range of mobility for a few weeks… i still was MOVING this August.

Countless Pilates classes taken, left about a gallon of sweat drip pilates | infrared hot mat studio and got to spend time with friends doing something I love so much.

When I started hosting pop up classes as a “job” I was so afraid that I would stop loving Pilates so much, but I think I might even love and appreciate it more. Nothing is the same as being a student in this practice, and that will never be lost on me. September 26th, we are taking over 10 Twenty-Five in Cape Coral for the most fun Saturday morning we have ever thrown. Mat Pilates class, complimentary prosecco, permanent jewelry with Sparkled Luxe, optional brunch, and Packin In the Pawz Dog Rescue pulling up at noon with dogs who need a home.

Oh — and a portion of every ticket goes back to the rescue. So you’re sweating for a good cause. 🐶

Local for Locals is this Saturday, and we’re down to our final 5 tickets for the Pilates + sound bath by - a slow, stretchy flow into a 30-minute sound bath, complete with a mimosa or smoothie from Seed & Bean and first access to dip in the cold plunge (bring your 👙). Once these are gone, they’re gone.

But here’s the good news!! The wellness market is free and open to everyone from 10-1, no ticket required. Come shop 15 local vendors and businesses, grab brunch or drinks at , and spend the morning supporting small before the season shifts.
