Hey I’m Cat Ramos, a NASM certified personal trainer. My personal favorites are strength training, nutrition and weight loss.
I started my journey in 2016 after a health scare which a year later ended up being a misdiagnoses but by then I was already seeing and feeling the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.
Then in 2020 the world stopped for Covid. I tried to stay in routine at home but it just wasn’t the same as being with a trainer doing a structured work out. Add making sure the homeschooling and travel hockey and travel baseball got done time slipped away and before I knew it I lost muscle, gained weight and just didn’t feel myself.
I knew something had to change!
I dove back into the gym two years ago and found a trainer I could work with. While I am getting back to best physical and mental strength of my life. I decided to take the next step and get certified to help others achieve their fitness goals.
