Buffalo Dive Recovery

The sun was out so it was a perfect day for recovery part 2! We were able to recover the second bracket, another piece of the bracket and a long piece of who knows what. The rain made the visibility much worse today that it was on Wednesday, but visibility and temperature don’t matter to us! Mission Accomplished!

First recovery of 2026! Two brackets were lost under the water at and fortunately we were able to recover one of them. Unfortunately time was the limiting factor today and it prevented a proper search for the second. An old samsung phone was recovered in an otterbox as an added bonus! Believe it or not, it was actually too hot in the drysuit today despite a 47 degree water temperature.

HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! I know it doesn’t seem like diving season, but that doesn’t mean we can’t be of service! Lots of people are ice fishing and that means your items can still be lost in the water! If you lose anything, phone, keys, wallet, tools, fishing poles etc, reach out to us ASAP about getting your item recovered!

Here’s Will setting up a circular search pattern off of a marked point in 40 feet of water while Jake did sweeps back and forth over a marked path traveled looking for a lost item. No matter where we need to look, if you have a marked location on where you lost something in the water, we have a means of searching for it!
