Dragon, Griffin, Wraith, Elemental, Floating City, skulls and Magic User all hand wood-burned and stained individually in various pigments. I used the natural canvas on the 30” tall 17” wide and 36” long 3” pallet slab to compliment the images. My project here was inspired by a ground breaking Web 3 NFT D&D players club. Thank you to “Heroic Story World Pass” NFT for all my recent online Fortunata gaming experiences. All I needed was the NFT ((Heroic Story World Pass 1) and my computer. This Amish inspired collaborated piece is charactered with antiqued indentations, burn marks, tool burn burned shadows, fishhooks and saw blade cut marks that are Infused for full effect on this piece of larch on live edge hickory legs. this one-of-a-kind piece of my collection.

Big revel St.Stephens 2022 8th graduation charactered bench gift to school. Solid Hickory legs on a stained on a 3” special walnut slab. The kids did all the character work. Burning, engraving and imprinting messages. Kinda like carving your name in the old desk at school or tree in the playground.

COMING SOON BIG REVEAL:
Below are the “before pics “ of St. Stephen’s grade 8 Class gift, one of a kind personally accented, “bench to the school”. The (soon to be wood-burned) 2022 handcrafted bench top will be made EXCLUSIVELY by the 8th grade class’s individual touch. This one has solid hickory legs has a 3 inch white pine slab that will be engraved and carved by the 8th graders with names, burns and random charactering. By year end the kids will present it to the school, at that point, I will be able to post the final product. 😉…stay tuned.

All caught up. This seasons, “Bunch of Benches, Build a Bench”, creations are finalized and completely Marine Coat hand varnished. Some to be donated, others given to special people in our community and maybe I might hold onto a piece or two during the holidays ...(shhh don’t tell the boss, they’re for her). Anyway, new ones are in process. More pics to come in a bit. 😎

Took a count of the 3” live edge white pine slabs and cedar legs, today. Looks like I have enough material for 16 more benches in this series. I have a lot of ideas in mind for these last few. Looking to incorporate rope, wrought iron metal and maybe leather.
This spring, Im going to buy a hard wood trunk to be milled by my Amish friend in my standard 3” thick cuts of various lengths. I’ll have to use the same wood for legs too.
In the meantime, out with the old in with the new.😉
