This is spot on! It’s hard enough to not self-sabotage your own diet, but when people around you, family, friends,coworkers, etc push you, it’s just not right. This is called assisted sabotage. Always be respectful of a person’s food choices. Don’t judge. Don’t be pushy. Don’t be rude. If anything… be supportive! 😉
