Wishing this guy a great 1st day back to work. He has had a great 7 week vacation recovering from hip surgery.Took it like a champ and recovery was nothing. He didn't win the lotto so work he goes! We will miss you at the Fitness Industry.

There are some “gurus” out there who think their method is the only way. All that shows is how much they still have to learn.

When you train clients long enough, you realize how wildly different each person is. What’s effective for one person may not be effective for the next.

At the end of the day, I’d rather see everyone working out in some capacity consistently than trying to do what’s most “optimal.”
