BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

I’m excited to officially announce that our team has joined the Arkansas Platinum organization and will soon compete as Arkansas Platinum Atherley.

This is an exciting new chapter for our program, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity ahead. While our name is changing, everything that has made this team special remains the same…our players, our coaches, our commitment to developing young athletes, and our dedication to competing at the highest level.

This partnership provides our athletes with even greater opportunities for growth, exposure, and success while allowing us to continue building on the culture and foundation we’ve worked so hard to establish.

2028 Morgan Noles put on a clinic during Dynasty Elite’s midweek play day at Williams Baptist University, showcasing her versatility all over the field cfrom the batter’s box, to third base, behind the plate, and even at first.

In softball, just like in life, not every moment goes according to plan. The game will test you. It will challenge you. And in those moments, you have two choices: let it break you, or respond with grit and determination.

This clip is proof that 100% effort, 100% of the time, always matters. When the play didn’t unfold the way Morgan wanted, she didn’t hang her head or let the moment define her. Instead, she turned it into action — hustling harder, tracking down the ball, and helping record the out at home. Then, in true “Field General” fashion, she immediately took command, showing elite awareness by directing her teammates and alerting them to the runner advancing to third.

That’s what separates good players from great ones — resilience, awareness, and leadership in the face of adversity. Softball is a game of failure, and so is life. It’s not about if adversity comes… it’s about how you answer when it does.

2028 Kimmie Smith put together another strong performance during Dynasty Elite’s midweek play day at Williams Baptist University, proving once again why she’s one of the most versatile competitors on the field.

From taking command in the circle and earning the Game 2 win, to making plays in center field, left field, right field, shortstop, and producing at the plate — Kimmie continues to show she can impact the game from anywhere.

I love watching her instinctive, aggressive base running. Kimmie plays with grit, toughness, and zero fear of getting dirty to make something happen. She embraces the grind, the hustle, and the chaos that makes this game so special.

If there’s one thing for certain, it’s that Kimmie leaves it all on the field every time she steps between the lines. That relentless effort and competitive fire are what separate ballplayers like her.

Keep grinding, Kimmie — the work is showing.

2029 Lexi Green put on a show during Dynasty Elite’s midweek play day at Williams Baptist University.

Lexi came up big at the plate, launching a bomb and adding her 5th home run of the season. But she didn’t stop there. She also took command in the circle in Game 1, delivering a strong performance and earning the win.

Power at the plate. Composure in the circle. Big-time players rise in big-time moments — and Lexi continues to prove she’s one to watch.
