🏆 10U CHAMPIONS — UNDEFEATED AT LITTLE RIVER ACADEMY! 🏆

Today was about so much more than winning a tournament. Today was proof.

Yesterday, pool play didn’t go the way we wanted. We started the weekend 0-3.

We lost our first game by four runs. Today, we faced that same team again in Game 1—and beat them.

Our second pool game ended in a tie. Today, we faced that team again in Game 2—and beat them by three.

Then we lost our third pool game by nine runs to the team we would eventually meet again in the championship. When it mattered most, these girls stepped onto that field believing they could win—and beat them to bring home the ship!

That is what made today so special.

These girls could have allowed yesterday’s results to defeat them before today ever began. They could have doubted themselves, hung their heads, or stopped believing. Instead, they came back stronger. They made adjustments, trusted one another, and showed everyone exactly what they are capable of.

Today, their hard work finally spoke for itself.

They went undefeated when it mattered most and brought home their first 10U tournament championship! Watching the excitement on their faces when they realized they had won the ship is a moment I will never forget. As their coach, I couldn’t hold back the tears.

I know what they have been through. I know how hard they have worked. I know how much adversity they have faced. And I know how badly they wanted to prove—to themselves more than anyone—that they belonged.

Our 8U chapter has officially ended, and making the jump to 10U was never supposed to be easy. We knew there would be growing pains, difficult lessons, and moments that tested us. But we also knew it was time to move forward, accept the challenge, and begin building something new.

Yesterday, they went 0-3.

Today, they went undefeated and became champions.

That isn’t luck. That is heart. That is resilience. That is refusing to quit when things don’t go your way.

Today, these girls didn’t just win a championship.

They started a new Dynasty.

Girls, I hope you understand how incredibly proud we are of you. Not just because you won, but because you never quit. You stayed together. You trusted the process. You fought for one another. And today, you finally got to hold the proof of everything you have worked so hard for.

This is your moment. You earned every bit of it.

Great pitching & catching workout today! 🥎💜🩵

We know we’re not going to have everything figured out overnight—and that’s okay. What needs to be done, will be done. What needs to be fixed, will be fixed.

We’re going to pride ourselves on putting in the work, trusting the process, and having the patience to understand that real development takes time.

Rep by rep. Practice by practice. Game by game.

We’ll push each other. We’ll hold each other accountable. We’ll celebrate each other’s growth. And most importantly, we’ll get better together.

Because this is bigger than any one player.

One team. One family. One Dynasty. 👑

WE’RE ALREADY BACK TO WORK. 🥎💜🩵

Tryouts are finished. Decisions were made. The roster is set. Practice number 2 is today!

Now comes the part that matters most — DEVELOPMENT.

At Dynasty, we’re not interested in collecting players just to chase rings, build somebody’s résumé, or make decisions based on who knows who. We’re interested in COACHING KIDS.

Developing them. Challenging them. Holding them accountable. Teaching them the game. Giving them opportunities to fail, learn, adjust, and get better.

Because anybody can talk about development.

We’d rather actually do it.

After finalizing this roster, these girls are already putting in the work. Nobody here was handed anything. They competed for their opportunity, and now they’ll continue competing to earn everything that comes next.

And here’s something we believe strongly:

Not every decision is going to make everybody happy. That doesn’t make the decision wrong.

Sometimes growth means earning your opportunity.

Sometimes growth means being challenged once you get it.

And sometimes growth means learning how to handle it when things don’t go your way.

That applies to players and adults alike. 😉

We’ll always choose development over entitlement, accountability over excuses, and putting in the work over talking about the work.

Will we compete for championships? Absolutely.

Will a ring ever be more important than developing the young ladies wearing DYNASTY across their chest?

Not a chance.

⚜️ THE WAIT IS OVER… ⚜️

After two incredible rounds of tryouts, countless evaluations, and some very difficult decisions, we’re excited to officially introduce the 2026-2027 Dynasty 10U Softball Roster! 💜🩵

First and foremost, we want to thank every player and family who came out and gave their best effort. The talent, hustle, and heart we saw made this process incredibly challenging. We truly appreciate the trust you’ve placed in our organization.

To the young ladies who earned a spot on this year’s roster—Congratulations! This is just the beginning. Earning a roster spot is an accomplishment, but now the real work begins. We look forward to developing not only skilled softball players, but confident young women who represent Dynasty with pride, character, and a relentless work ethic.

To those who weren’t selected this time, please don’t let this define your journey. Continue working, growing, and believing in yourself. We hope to see many of you back on the field again soon.
