ECHS Lady Cats Softball

This past week ECHS Sophomore Emma Price competed in the 14U USA Softball All American Games. Her team from Region 6 finished with a 6-1 record and Runners up of the tournament. Emma finished with a .385 batting average (5-13), 5 walks, one base percentage of .556, slugging percentage of .692, 4 doubles and 1 single. All while competing against the top 14U talent in the country. We could not be more proud of you EP!!

The Lady cats season ends in the first round of the region tournament.

We finish with an overall record of 16-17.

We got so much better over the course of the season and were playing our best softball at the end of the year just like every team wants to be.

Our two seniors Abigail Hogg and Jolee Vincent leave big shoes to fill. We know they will do great things in their next chapter of life.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported us this year. It means more than we words can explain.

3 pm today at Daviess County High School your ECHS Lady Cats take on Daviess county in the first round of the 3rd region tournament. Our girls are playing their best softball of the year right now.

The Lady Cats lose a close one in the district championship 2-1 to Trinity.

The girls fought hard all game. I can’t not explain how proud I am of these girls.

Losses like this sting, but we will take this and use it as fuel to make some noise at region!!

Region draw will take place Saturday morning and we will play sometime on Monday 5/25. We will post here to update everyone.

Tonight your ECHS Lady Cats take on Whitesville Trinity in the 12th district tournament championship game at 5:30 PM at Butler County High School. Let’s pack the stands and support these girls!!

Tomorrow night your ECHS Lady Cats take on Butler county at Butler county in the first round of the 12th district tournament. If you don’t have plans then come on down to Morgantown to support your Lady Cats!!

Unfortunately we will not be able to livestream khsaa postseason games. You can still follow us on Gamechanger and watch the game stream which will give you play by play updates.
