Good bye summer and hello fall! ☀️🍂

August/September recap 🥰🥹 Thank you all for sharing the dance floor with me these last two months. Dancing with you all each week really makes my weeks so special but this past September was so beautiful being able to celebrate my birthday month with you all. 💖 You all made it all so special 😭🥹 I feel so loved and happy, you all are so important to me and this world and I hope that you all know that 🫶

You all showed up this summer and it shows. ❤️‍🔥 Thank yourself for making the time to move your body and making time for yourselves. Thank your body for being able to move 🕺💃 I know some days are hard to even show up but you all did and you should be proud of yourselves for that. You didn’t let anything hold you back from showing up.

Here is to another month filled with more movement, confidence, and making time for yourself. ✨🙌💪

I admire all of your dedication. Showing up to move after a long day of work or after a bad week is hard to do but you show up, and I am so proud of you for that. ✨
