Offering kids and adults opportunity to strengthen and balance your physical, mental and emotional well-being, as well as evolve and deepen your spiritual practice through cleansing, rejuvenating and strengthening classes of Martial Arts and Yoga. Kids kickboxing classes are Monday through Friday Age 7 to 11 , 5pm to 6pm Age 11 and up 6pm to 7-15 pm, $250 per month
Private classes are availabl

e by appointments for $120 per 1 hour session
We are open to general public and provide services for all abilities.

During this class we will teach all you need to know about trapeze yoga for beginners and intermediate students .
