The TWIN CITIES YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE promotes youth basketball development by providing more opportunities for athletes to develop their individual skill sets and practice team concepts vs. playing more games by the end of each season. The T.C.Y.B.L. promotes sportsmanship, self-esteem, and the development of life skills through engaging athletes in basketball while providing a safe, healthy and positive environment where the athletes of our communities can learn the fundamentals of the sport.

Within it's mission, the league is designed to provide a challenging and organized circuit series for the upper tier boys and girls youth teams in 5th-8th grades.
