What a way to finish our league season, with both Rhino squads earning victories against Great River School!

We are incredibly proud of our Rhino Volleyball Varsity teams and how far they have come this season. All of the hard work put in during the fall and throughout the early season has truly paid off. These athletes continue to show up every day hungry to grow, improve, and compete.

As we close out the season, we want to sincerely thank New Millennium Academy, the staff, and all of our parents for supporting our scholars throughout this journey. This year was filled with growth, challenges, lessons, and unforgettable moments as we learned the game of volleyball together through both struggle and success.

More than wins and losses, we hope to leave a lasting legacy at NMA by reminding our scholars that character matters most. Rhinos, we celebrate each of you and believe you are capable of incredible things when you commit your heart and mind to a goal.

Sports Engagement Night 2026 was a night full of competition, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Our Rhino varsity squads had an amazing time competing against siblings, alumni, and parents as the gym was filled with energy and school spirit.

It was also a blessing to welcome some of our former Rhinos back home. Seeing them take time out of their busy lives to reconnect, compete, and share laughs with us meant so much to our community.

We love and appreciate all of our Rhinos — past, present, and future. Nights like these remind us how special the NMA family truly is, and we hope to continue building many more memories together in the years ahead.

Next Wednesday, May 6th, NMA is hosting our Sports Engagement Night! All families are welcome to an attend a night of fun and community from 4:30-6:30. Enjoy sports like Volleyball, Football, Soccer/Kickball, Ultimate Frisbee, and Badmitton-- don't miss out on the parents vs students volleyball game!

Rhino Varsity vs Staff/Alumni. This afternoon we also honor Coach Sean and all the alumni/current student lives he’s been a part of.

We then took a bus to the UofM Women’s Gopher Volleyball Stadium for our team bonding event to watch a spring match against St. Thomas University.

Rhinos are enjoying every bit of this fun Friday.
