Posted last week about gracie finally being comfortable falling back. Took 3 practices to break a fear and only one to switch to a good technique. Way to go Gracie. Tiffany Chapman

So proud of gracie. The biggest aspect of this for her isn't getting her legs straight or switching to a ball but instead just the feeling of falling backwards. So although her legs aren't straight in this she has done an amazing job overcoming her fears of falling "leaning back". One milestone overcome now to just straighten her legs and do it in a ball and within 3 practices this girl has pushed through an overwhelming obstacle for herself. Way to go Gracie!

Perfection comes in steps but I want to congratulate and recognize miss Paige for putting in the time and effort to work on getting that handstand to vertical! You make progress each and every day and with dedication and determination you will reach your goals!

Come join us! We will be hosting tryouts on 7/25/25 starting at 5:00 pm. To answer some very good questions we will be choosing a second tryout date but it has yet to be determined for those of you who can not attend this one. I want to be clear that this will be a competition team.Tryouts will be $30 payable in via cash, check, venmo, or card. This fee will be fully refunded if the athlete is not placed on a team. Monthly fee will be $150. All competition fees and travel will be separate but we do have fundraising plans to help elevate hardships on familys. As this is new for the community teams will entirely depend on how many athletes in what age categories we have interested. Teams will be assigned and then as a team collectively evaluated to determine what level they will compete at.
