What’s up everyone. I wanted to reach out to all our friends and followers to announce a new, exciting change to our midget racing program. The last few years we have struggled and struggled trying to advance the quality of our Midget program with little to no success. After many tens of thousands of dollars invested, we seemed to always take three steps backwards for every one step forward. We have been sidelined for the last two years and until recently we thought we were close to having it figured out. Again, we were wrong and as much as it broke our hearts, it really pi**ed us off more. 4 weeks prior I decided it was time to upgrade and invest in a new Lynk’s chassis with all the bells and whistles. We needed a change and we needed it right away.
Last weekend we blew another new motor. Devastating. So now we had this bad ass car and again, no motor. If you know me, I am extremely loyal. Not only to my team but to the vendors, partners and builders. It’s hard for me to look outside my circle. Over the weekend Bradley and I had a serious conversation. I needed to do something but wasn’t sure how deep I wanted to go. As I leaned on Bradley for guidance and bounced my ideas off him, I could tell in his voice that this decision and investment was one that I was going to have to tackle on my own. He gave me advice but that was as far as he would go. So, after 3 martini’s and a ½ bottle of Blackberry Crown, I knew what I wanted to do. I asked Bradley to reach out to Tim Engler and see if we could work something out. Tim is an absolute gentleman, partner and now a dear friend. He welcomed us up to his shop to look around and after a few hours the decision and deal was done. So, now we are the proud owner of one of the fiercest midget motors on the planet! "A Stealth Racing Midget Motor" I could not be more excited, I wanted to thank Harley & Holley Hollan (Factory Fourteen) for always taking that extra step for us and for their friendship. We could not be more happier!!!
