I’d like to officially welcome Austin Lott to the Better Bodies by JP team as an Assistant Coach! 💪🏽

I’m very selective about who I bring onto this team because anyone coaching under the Better Bodies by JP name needs to represent the same standard I expect from myself. Austin has continued to show the knowledge, work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail that I want in a coach.

More importantly, I trust him to take care of his clients, communicate with them, and make the right decisions to help them continue progressing toward their goals.

This was a great showing and a very fun prep to do! Andrew did an amazing job checking all the boxes while juggling work, school, and a mission trip to South America 6 weeks prior to show.

This was a VERY stacked and competitive show and we did exceptionally well!

Time for a lengthy off season and we’ll come back bigger and better 😤

Athlete Spotlight | Donny 💪🏽

240 lbs ➡️ 148 lbs on stage

This spotlight is about something bigger than a placing. This weekend didn’t end with the placing we wanted, but bodybuilding has never been just about where a panel of judges places you on one particular day.

It’s about becoming better than the person you used to be. And these two pictures show exactly that, 92 lbs of difference.

Donny had already put in work before becoming one of my athletes, and that credit belongs to him. I’ve had the privilege of helping guide this next chapter and watching him continue to raise his standard.

Bodybuilding can be unforgiving. You can bring your best version yet and still not get the placing you wanted. That doesn’t erase the work or the person you became getting there. The trophy isn’t always what you carry home. Sometimes it’s the person staring back at you in that second picture.

Proud of you, Donny. We learned, we improve, and we keep building. We’re not finished🔥
