🏴‍☠️ TOURNAMENT TIME: THE BATTLE FOR THE NORTH/SOUTH SHOOTOUT! 🏴‍☠️

The Pirates are locking and loading for a massive weekend of baseball at the Shootout National Championship! 🏆

This weekend is all about familiar faces, old rivalries, and setting the record straight. We’ve got some history with these squads, and our boys are ready to bring the heat! 🔥

📍 Bentley Sports Complex (Bixby) - Friday, June 26

🏴‍☠️4:30 PM vs. MVP Elite 11U

The History: We currently trail this series 1-2. Time to even the score right out of the gate! ⚔️

📍 Owasso Sports Park North - Saturday, June 27

🏴‍☠️10:45 AM vs. Mission Baseball 11U

The History: Looking to avenge a tough previous loss (0-1). We're coming back stronger! 💪

🏴‍☠️2:15 PM vs. Walkoff - Edwards 11U

The History: We hold a 1-0 edge over these guys. The goal? Keep that perfect record intact! 🛑

OKLAHOMA PIRATES 11U — BY THE NUMBERS 🔥⚾
This team showed up and battled all weekend. In 4 games, the Pirates put together 26 hits, 24 runs, 17 RBI, 12 walks, 16 stolen bases, and 17 strikeouts on the mound while finishing with a.356 team batting average,.460 OBP, and.857 OPS. That is production up and down the lineup and effort all over the field.
Every Pirate had a win this weekend:

Benjamin Welborn — 4 hits, 3 RBI, 3 runs, and a.571 average. Big-time production every time he stepped in.
Branch Wynn — punched out 5 hitters in 5.1 innings with a 2.250 ERA and 1.125 WHIP on the mound. That is a strong weekend of pitching work.
Maverick Pulley — swiped a bag at 100%, added a hit, and was perfect in the field. Impact in multiple ways.
Grayson Ament — scored a team-high 5 runs, stole 3 bases, posted a.667 OBP, and added 5 strikeouts on the mound. Constant pressure all weekend.
Carter Spradlin — led the team with a.600 batting average,.714 OBP, and 1.314 OPS. When he got to the plate, good things happened.
Emmet Giddens — turned in an error-free weekend in the field and added an RBI. Steady and reliable.
Tucker Beaty — hit.500, reached at a.667 OBP, drove in 2 runs, scored 2 runs, and went 2-for-3 stealing bases. Great all-around weekend.
Kendon Gum — stacked up 4 hits, 4 runs, and 4 stolen bases, all while hitting.444. Electric on the bases and all over the action.
Josue Chavez — scored 4 runs, stole 3 bases, struck out 5 hitters, and was perfect in the field over 18 chances. That is a complete weekend.
Camden Summers — collected 4 hits, hit.571, and was also perfect defensively. Quietly one of the most consistent weekends on the team.
Liam McClure — drove in a team-best 7 RBI and added 2 doubles. Huge run production when the team needed it.

That is what a TEAM weekend looks like — big bats, smart baserunning, strong pitching efforts, and players finding ways to help win in every part of the game. Proud of the fight, proud of the effort, and excited for what is ahead for this group. Keep rolling, Pirates.

The Oklahoma Pirates ended the weekend early in 8th Place out of 16 Teams, but the scoreboard only tells half the story.

After a tough but close loss Friday night, the Pirates dropped into the Losers bracket and had a long road ahead of them. However, they fought hard, defeating and eliminating the #4 and #8 teams in the state through near flawless pitching from Grayson, Josue, Branch and Liam with bats on fire to make it to the Quarter Finals before running out of steam against a good hitting team in the Bartlesville Bombers. Their minds and attitudes stayed sharp, their bodies just couldn't continue after 4 long games in the span of only 24 hours.

We're incredibly proud of what these boys have overcome this season, and we're back on the field for the next two weeks grinding and getting ready for our final full weekend tournament of the season. See you in Bixby June 27th!

A big 5th inning comeback wasn't quite enough to overcome a slow start as the Pirates fell 4-5 to the Oklahoma Braves in Round 1 of bracket play. Today we move to Morris Park and will face the BBA Titans in Elimination play.

THE ROAD TO THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS STARTS NOW! ⚔️🧢🏆

Pirates Nation, the weekend we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! This is it — the 11U State Tournament, and your Oklahoma Pirates are primed and ready for the big stage!

For the last four months, these young men have defined what it means to be a "team." They haven't just practiced; they've OUTWORKED. They’ve braved early mornings, pushed through the heat, and poured every ounce of their energy onto the field. Every drill, every repetition, and every challenge they’ve faced was designed to prepare them for THIS moment.

The sweat is real. The heart is real. And the determination is UNMATCHED. Now, it’s time to put it all together.
