Looking to get started early for the 2022 little league season
Iso umpires to call baseball/softball for Bristol Tn Little League.
Will set up a couple of rule clinics/training sessions before the 2022 season starts.

Have we as Umps contributed to the trending lower number of Umpires? By ignoring all negative comments from Coaches and Spectators... have we made it tougher on the 'new umpire'? At some point, should we be dealing with more of the 'sarcasm and abuse'? By not dealing with it; using the excuse "I don't have Rabbit Ears"... do we make it tougher on the Young Umpire who might work the next game?
Don't misunderstand... I don't suggest that we have zero tolerance, but ignoring "too much" may be doing more harm than good for our Future Umpires. Just IMHO.
