Well the inevitable has come to be. My grandfather, after years of battling Alzheimer's, passed away this evening. I thought I was ready for this, but I guess you're never really ready to lose a loved one. For the past few years he has pretty much been gone mentally, but at least whenever I saw him he was always happy. The funniest was he always thought I was a General. My grandfather was a veteran so I guess that was a good thing to be thought of as. The funeral will be in Ft.Myers, FL on Saturday. I'm going to need some time off this week to just clear my head. So, you probably won't hear from me much this week. Thanks for all your understanding.

Alright fans...my first week USANA update! I have a ways to go before I can look as good as Megan Wiggins, but I did lose 6 pounds! No beer, but what may have hurt me is I did have some sodas at the ball game earlier in the week. Regardless, having lots of energy is key for me. I'm constantly on the move, and USANA definitely made a difference. I was always feeling sluggish in the mornings and during the day, but not anymore. The shakes are really good, and the peanut butter protein bars are my weakness. :) So, what are you waiting for?
