PREP DIVISION
COST: $150.00 per player (plus $14 AAU Membership)
DATES: WINTER: Monday, January 30- Wednesday, March 22, 2017
DAYS/TIMES: Mondays/Wednesdays; 4:30-6:00 PM
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This program is designed for players in elementary school 3rd-5th grade. We provide the coaches. There are no assigned teams. The players have 2 weekday practice per week. Each practice is 90 minutes long. During the practices they learn volleyball skills and play scrimmage games designed for their skill level.

POWER DIVISION
COST: $225.00 per player (plus $14 AAU Membership)

DAYS/TIMES: POWER-Mondays 4:30-6:00 PM and Thursdays 4:30-6:00 PM

ROOKIE DIVISION

DATES: WINTER: ROOKIE- Monday, January 30-Wednesday, March 22, 2017
DAYS/TIMES: ROOKIE- Wednesdays 4:30-6:00 PM and Thursdays 4:30-6:00 PM
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This program is designed for beginning to intermediate players middle school age players in 6th -8th grade to learn and advance their individual volleyball skills. We provide experienced coaches with a positive coaching approach. The players have one 90 minute Thursday practice and one 90 minute game on Mondays OR Wednesdays where the teams play other teams in their division.
