🥎 SCHEDULE & ROSTERS 🥎

Here is the schedule and roster for this summer’s softball league. Apologies for the delay, there are lots of moving parts to get this started. We will be starting next Tuesday, June 9. Thank you to everyone who signed up!

If anyone doesn’t see their name that signed up then it means I didn’t receive payment. If you can get it to me this week then I can add you to a team. There were a few that I reached out to that I didn’t hear back from.

I will provide game balls and team shirts, you can get those at your first game. Players/teams are responsible for bringing their own: gloves, cleats, USA Softball/ASA or USSSA stamped bats, etc.

All games are at Hohlt Park-Boehm

Last chance! I’m reopening and extending registration until Sunday at midnight. That’s 2 days from now. Teams and schedules will be finalized by Monday hopefully. Spread the word! Hoping to get a couple more teams but we will be playing regardless! Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 and 7 pm through June and July. LAST DAY TO SIGN UP! We currently do not have enough players to make a league. Coaches please make sure ALL of your team members have filled out a player form. Right now I have 44 participants and 4 coaches. I’d like to be able to make 8 teams to make it work for the schedule. If we can get to 8 teams We will play Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 & 7 pm. 1 game per week per team for 8 weeks and then playoffs after that. I really want this to work but we need more players so please share!

Registration ends this Saturday, May 16, at midnight. If you haven’t filled out a form below then you are not registered, whether you’ve DMd me, talked to me in person, etc you still need to fill out a form. Coaches, if you selected that your team is full then all of your players still need to fill out a player form or they will not be registered.

Please Venmo your entry fee of $120 to . (Yes I have an LLC and all funds will be distributed to that account, it’s just easier through my personal Venmo). Just skip the last 4 numbers part, it’s me.
If Venmo is not an option you can mail or dropoff a check/cash to me in chappell hill. DM me for address.

We’re still short on players, I know a lot of yall are waiting til the last minute but please spread the word. I need a few more teams to make this league work. If for some reason we don’t get enough teams, then all money will be returned and we’ll try again in the fall possibly.

Bear with me, this is my first time doing this. I have lots of experience in youth leagues and sports in general, but I’m learning as we go. I just wanted to be able to hang out with friends, have fun, compete, and get us all active and out of the damn house 😂.

It’s here! Follow the links below to signup! If you have a team already please signup on the Player Form and put your Head coach’s name when prompted. If you don’t have a team don’t worry, you will be added to our Free Agent list and will be added to a team before the season starts!

Minimum 10 players per team with at least 4 females per team. No maximum per team but only 10 can play defense at 1 time.

We plan to play a 12 game regular season followed by playoffs.

Fees will be $120 per player for the season, we will provide game balls, umpires, insurance, hats, shirts, and cover field fees, etc.

I’ll post and send payment links later once I see we’re gonna have enough folks signing up to play. Registration deadline will be May 16.

We will start the first week of June and run through the end of July with games behind held Monday-Thursday at 5:30 and 7. Playoffs will start after that.

Number of games, times, and days, will be depend on number of teams.

I appreciate all of the messages, I’m still working on this and 100% plan to have a softball league this summer. Hopefully Finalizing field schedules and availability this week and then will post the sign up sheet, so start working on your roster!
