Speed Cartel is a family oriented team that focuses on developing positive and dedicated riders with a sense of community and camaraderie.

Training Tip : Most bmxers prioritize the weight loaded on the bar, rather than focusing on achieving speed. In the gym, the emphasis should not solely be on lifting heavy weights, but rather on movements with speed. Both heavy lifting and speed hold value togethor, and it is essential to track both aspects ,but Lifting heavy builds strength, while speed builds power, and power is the decisive factor in winning races. If you consistently lift at a slow pace, you are inadvertently training your body to respond slowly under pressure. To optimize your performance training for bmx, focus on moving with intent and speed while maintaining the control of the weights. If you aren't doing this you are making yourself slower , not faster andl will not effectively translate your gym work into sprint speed. 👍
