Class Details:
• Saturdays at 9:00 AM
• August 1 – September 5, 2026
• All experience levels welcome
• Branford Point Beach

Registration:
• $25 Branford residents | $35 Non-Residents
• Registration closes every Friday before class

Please bring your own Pilates or yoga mat!

Linda has been such a special part of the Coastal Core family, and we’re so grateful for everything she’s brought to our studio.

While we’re going to miss seeing her in class, we couldn’t be more excited to cheer her on as she heads to Colorado to begin med school. We know she’s going to do amazing things.

• 10:00–10:50 AM Mat Pilates with Delaney
