My name is Brett Bukvich, and I am honored to serve as the Head Coach of the USA Scout Mississippi 12U National Team. Coaching youth baseball is about much more than developing skilled players it’s about helping young athletes grow into confident, disciplined, and high-character young men.
Our mission is to develop young athletes who understand that success is earned through hard work, discipline, and dedication to the process. We strive to compete at a high level every week while building selfless, respectful, and accountable young men who positively impact their teammates, families, and communities.
As a coach, I believe that effort, attitude, and character are just as important as talent. Our team will be built on accountability, teamwork, resilience, and respect. We will compete with passion, embrace challenges, and learn from both success and adversity. Every practice, game, and tournament is an opportunity to improve not only as baseball players, but as people.
It is a privilege to represent Mississippi and USA Scout Baseball, and I am excited to work alongside our players and families to create an environment where growth, development, and excellence are the standard. Together, we will trust the process, compete with purpose, and strive to become the best version of ourselves on and off the field.
