Erin Murray brought huge energy and positivity all weekend - from ripping 225x35 on squats, an amazing deadlift exhibition, supporting all the athletes, and leading an impromptu smelling salts party 𝐙☠️𝐍𝐄 𝐒𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐬 , this weekend would not have been as special without her! THANK YOU

Lucas Lucas Hatton is one of my favorite strongmen and this weekend cemented why: Lucas impacts the sport positively on so many levels as a pro athlete, YouTuber (love the channel), coach, gym owner, and volunteer/judge. One of the biggest pieces of feedback from the show was how great of a judge Lucas was!

But it didn’t end there! He led a brilliant log seminar that simplified elite concepts that work

THEN… he squatted 405 x 33 with one arm

I’ve always been enamored by big deadlifts and I’ll never forget Steven Bradley pulling 870, raw, under suboptimal conditions several time zones away from his home base

Steven is another example of the best things about our sport - very humble, strong AS FRICK, and couldn’t be a nicer guy. THANK YOU
