If you watch Lexi you can see it starts with a small step and toss, then her hips come around, followed by her shoulder, then elbow and finally her hand hits the ball. As this chain becomes more fluid, she will increase the potential power and control of her serve.

For those of you that don't know the volleyball community lost a member at the beginning of this week. Joe Rohr passed away on Monday. Sirenia Beach Volleyball is hosting a showcase tournament here on August 5-6th. There will be college coaches in attendance and all proceeds are going to Joe's wife, Kristen.

Joe was Taylor's first beach volleyball coach so it means a lot that Sirenia is putting this together to help out their family.
