We’re excited to officially welcome Kaden Jewett to the team at Exercise Revolution as he joins us in helping athletes and active adults build strength, move better, and decrease pain! 💪🔥

Kaden brings a strong background in exercise science, biomechanics, performance analytics, rehabilitation support, and strength training through his experience at Hope College, collegiate athletics, clinical exercise physiology, and physical therapy settings. As an NCAA athlete and performance analyst, he understands firsthand what it takes to improve performance while keeping the body healthy and resilient.

His experience includes:
⚾ NCAA collegiate athletics
📊 Performance analysis using Trackman & Rapsodo technology
🧠 Clinical exercise testing & VO₂ max assessment
🏋️ Strength & conditioning programming

💪 As you age your transmitters naturally slow down and that is frustrating with everything else but did you know that you can combat it?

Do you have osteoporosis or osteopenia? Regular strength training can help that too!

Are you 65 and older and want a program to work on balance, strength and flexibility?

In a 30 minute session, you can get movement in, balance work, light strength work and also work on increasing some range of motion.
