A few schedule updates:
- there will be no Great Ape Performance lifting this Friday (August 28th)
- there will be no open mats this Saturday (August 29th) due to the team mud run

- there will be no lifting on Sunday September 6th (holiday weekend)
- there will be no wrestling on Monday September 7th (Labor Day)
