We had a great showing this weekend in Jacksonville.
Went into semis seeded #1 but lost a hard fought game by 1 to finish 3rd in the tourney.

While it may not have ended exactly like we were hoping, our girls played HARD and as a solid unit.

Johnson pitched a 1 hit shutout Day 1.
Brinkman picked a 0 hit 11-1 game Day 2.
Combined all 3 pitchers (Brown, Johnson, Brinkman) allowed only 4 walks in 4 games played.

Our bats were rattling with combined 19 singles.
6 doubles (Brown, Worthington, Scott, Poplin (2), Harrison).
6 triples (Scott (2), Poplin (2), Frederick, Rule).
And an out of the park HR by Rule!

Pike County Thunder Softball is looking for a couple pitchers to round out our 14U roster. Set on building a culture of grit, growth, and unity. Competing with heart, supporting one another like family, and chasing excellence every time we take the field.

Weekly league games in Hannibal, 7 already scheduled tournaments for the season (with the possibility of more being added).

We’re searching for passionate athletes ready to take the next step. Birth years 2011 and 2012 preferred but strong 12u ages considered.

It may be a polar vortex outside, but our girls have been gearing up for warm softball weather since the start of 2026!

A huge shout out to 7 Plates Training Center for helping the team condition for the upcoming season! A few of our girls have been training with Natalie for a couple of years and the progress she helps athletes achieve is amazing. 🌩🥎💪🏽
