BGFC will enter three teams U15, U16 and U17 as the Academy takes another major step forward in creating a stronger competitive pathway for players in Bowling Green and South Central Kentucky.

New competition. New challenges. Same standards.

Another milestone for BGFC. 🦁

Congratulations to Luikecha Lokole (2011 BGFC) on being selected to represent the USYS Midwest Region at the US Youth Soccer ODP Inter-Regional Event in Orlando, Florida this January 2027.

Luikecha earned his spot following the Midwest Region ID Event, where the region's top players were evaluated for selection.

He is the only player from the Bowling Green area selected to represent the Midwest at this event.

The Inter-Regional Event brings together the top players from each USYS region, with participants also being evaluated for future USYS ODP Youth National Team opportunities.

BGFC U19 falls 2-0 to Wilmington Hammerheads, concluding the U19's first appearance at the US Youth Soccer National Championships.

The results weren't what we came for, but competing on the national stage is another milestone in the growth of our academy.

BGFC U19 fell 1-0 to host club La Roca FC in its second match at the US Youth Soccer National Championships.

BGFC U19 dropped a hard-fought 1-0 decision to host club La Roca FC in its second match at the US Youth Soccer National Championships. The Lions controlled stretches of play and created several chances before playing the final portion of the match with 10 men after a red card.
