PUPPY MEET WEEK IS HERE!

We do need more volunteers! Link in bio for sign ups! As well as Start-list and schedule!

SPECTATORS, will not be charged a fee. With the expectation they are bringing in a donation for who will be in attendance, with a table set up!

Concessions will be open! (Pizza, salad, fruit and sandwiches) Volunteers will receive a meal ticket!

Each year I host a two-day weightlifting competition to help raise money for animal rescue!

This will be the 4th year running & we are bringing it back to the Grappone Conference Center! Last year this venue was AMAZING & we had to do it again!

Event will be benefitting Second Chance Ranch Rescue!

Athletes push for PRs. For each PR hit, my business Intuitive Wellness Center, donates an additional $5.

In lieu of a spectator fee, physical donations are requested!

This year I am excited to have a Coffee vendor, face painting, a few crafters & the Rescue all set up in the foyer! *Food is onsite and served a la carte!

Link below for athlete registration! Best Male & Female athletes win $300 in cash! Best Team wins a new set of Rogue Change plates!
