Your midlife body isn’t broken. It’s asking for a smarter way to train. 💪

That’s exactly why I’m launching this 10-Week Strength Training Camp for Midlife Women alongside elite Strength Coach, Zac Lokay.

Truthfully, this program was created during a season where I personally needed more accountability, community, and sustainable coaching.

After becoming a mom later in life, navigating business, hormones, and motherhood, I’ve realized strength training in midlife has to look different. Less punishment. More purpose. More longevity. More support.

So instead of another “go harder” program, we created:

Hiking isn’t just about endurance… it’s about being EVERYDAY FIT enough to handle the trail in front of you. 🥾⛰️

After exhibiting at the Hike Expo Colorado this weekend, I had so many conversations with people asking:

“How do I actually train to hike?”

My answer:
Train your stabilizers. Train your agility. Train your confidence before you hit the trail.

One of my favorite trail-training moves is the Curb Walk on the BALEROboard.

This move combines:
✔️ Stability
✔️ Balance
✔️ Cardio
✔️ Agility
✔️ Reactive strength

The forward/back stepping pattern trains the same kind of control and coordination you need navigating uneven terrain, curbs, rocks, roots, descents, and unpredictable trail conditions.

And the quick 3-step side switch? That’s where agility comes in. Because hiking isn’t always linear. Sometimes your body has to react FAST to stay stable and prevent a fall.

That’s one of the reasons I created the BALEROboard in the first place — to help people train for REAL LIFE movement… not just gym movement.

Because being fit for life means having the strength and confidence to keep doing the things you love for decades to come. 💪
