Here is our list of the hierarchy of importance (in the order)
1️⃣ SLEEP
2️⃣ TRAIN WITH CONSISTENCY
3️⃣ Fuel well to support sport demands
4️⃣ STRENGTH TRAIN periodized around training.
Then you can talk to me about marginal gains. Otherwise if we are being honest…you’re focusing on the wrong things..
Notice I did not mention Mental Health. This is something we consider LIFE important. Which supersedes all and actually plays a factor in all of the above as well.
Main takeaway. From a Physical Performance perspective. If you are not strength training, you are handicapping yourself.
