Long ago, I realized that “we heal together.”
In my abundant moments of solitude, where I found embodiment, I remember hearing a voice say,
“It’s enough…”
“…You’ve taken yourself as far as you can. It’s time to invite the world back in.”
I had hidden away to heal. I didn’t know how to relate to anyone anymore.
I had chronic illness that left me feeling like I couldn’t go anywhere without a bubble around me.
Allergic to everything. Seizures if I got too overwhelmed. Brain fog so bad I couldn’t remember anything without writing it down on a post-it note that I kept in my pocket.
We heal together.
I spent years getting more comfortable being alone. But what I was really doing was building a newfound sense of safety in myself.
As powerful and healing as that was, we can’t just build that safety within… we need to build it around us, too.
Community.
There is nothing like strong relationships, built over time, and a community that holds you.
It reminds you that you’re not alone.
And that you can be wildly happy and successful… and healing.
Some of the most successful people I know know that they are on a healing journey, too.
Knowing that keeps them open, curious, and ready to unlock their next level.
We heal together. We build an amazing life together.
Have you found your people who will hold space for your healing and your dreams?
