We have played 7 on 7 with 1-2 subs, 8 on 8 with 1-2 subs, and 9 on 9 1-3 subs. GENERAL RULES Flag Guarding & Stiff Arm No flag guarding. You can not block other players from grabbing your flag. You can juke, spin, and stiff arm (to the chest or shoulders). No stiff arming any other body parts (face, head, arms, hands, etc..) Blocking & Pass Rushing Hand blocks only. No using shoulders. No blocking below the waist. No using shoulders on passrush. Start Of Game 2 Captains will pick teams when enough players show up, typically 14. Each team will assign their players rotation numbers.
