If you’re looking for a meaningful practice to get into tonight under the energy of the last new moon of the year, then look no further!

Grab a mat & join along for a gentle New Moon yoga flow woven with intention-setting and a traditional bay leaf burn ritual. This practice invites clarity, release, and embodied manifestation—using movement, breath, and fire as tools for renewal.
Enjoy a 3-part class featuring an educational workshop on the benefits of sacred plant medicine infused practices. Including the application process paired with self-massage techniques & breathwork. Ending with a hatha yoga sequence for all levels of yogis.

Optional items to use while in practice: yoga strap and/or blocks.
*You can always use a towel in place of a mat, a belt for a strap & big sturdy books in place of blocks.
