Hello 2025! How do you feel about a new year starting? There’s no wrong or right answer to this one guys…sometimes it’s complicated! I look for any excuse to start fresh and that’s what I’m leaning into right now. I don’t want to throw out 2024- it offered some great times and some valuable lessons. I do want to approach 2025 with a fresh mindset of looking for moments of joy and being kind to myself while I work toward my goals. Does that sound doable to you?
2025 has presented BB with some great opportunities for growth and change! I’m really excited…and I also have that uncomfortable feeling that change and risk can sometimes (ehh all the times?) bring. We will be adding class times, class formats, workshops, instructors, props, members but have no fear- all the good stuff remains and most importantly we have each other! Thank you for a truly special 2024 at BB and cheers to all that’s to come in 2025! I am SO thrilled to have you all ❤️💪🏼🎉

3rd annual Turkey Day Barre class in the books! 🦃🔥🥂
Everyday in the studio with this community feels special, and then this day comes and as clique as it sounds I am flooded with graditude. All of us choosing to start our holiday in this room, moving our bodies and laughing and getting stronger together. There is magic in the room every time we get together and that music starts….but man Turkey Day Barre hits just a little different.

This year has seen changes at BB and I continue to be so thankful for you all…each and everyone of you makes this community special and these workouts meaningful! I truly can’t believe this is my job…I am the luckiest of all.

Thank you for showing up for yourselves and eachother. Now go enjoy your thanksgiving ❤️🦃🥂🏈🎉😘💪🏼

☀️Vacation mode☀️ This one feels very needed!

I am always telling all of you how important it is to restore and rest and take care of yourselves and I mean it. I truly, fully mean it. But truth be told, I find it so hard to embrace this and practice what I preach. You all tell me (because that’s how this incredible community works) that I should take a break and take care myself…and I sometimes listen 🤪

I’m headed out of town with my family (vacation? Trip? We shall see) and stepping away from BB for a week. I’m already looking forward to being back with you all when I return! Use the ON DEMAND videos, take a reset, go for a long walk with a friend…listen to your body and watch for the email that new classes have been posted! 💪🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🔥❤️

✨✨ 50 Classes ✨✨ Woo Hoo!! Let’s hear it for Julie!! She has completed 50 classes at bb!! Julie is dedicated, caring, creative and very hard working. She comes in with a smile (even when she’s injured) and shows up for herself and this community. We love having you in class and can’t wait to see what the next 50 classes bring! ✨50 Classes!✨ Lara has done 50+ classes!! What an accomplishment! She is strong and steady and just as real as they come. ✨✨100 classes✨✨ Jessica has taken 100 classes at bb- what a huge accomplishment! Jessica has incredible focus, she knows when to push herself and when to modify. She can get us all laughing after class and shares her experience with kindness and compassion for others. She has made incredible progress since she started coming and we can not wait to see where the next 100 classes takes her. Thank you for being a part of the bb community ❤️💪🏼🔥🧘🏻‍♀️

Who is ready to get back to routine and back to the barre??!! I know I was! Started my day with my favorite and it felt incredible!
Returning from a break or vacation can feel daunting but it’s going to feel fabulous to be back in that room together. Go sign up for some classes this week!

✨✨50 Classes✨✨ Way to go Beth!! Today was Beth’s 50th class- she has been consistent and dedicated from day 1 and she is one strong woman- inside and out- and let’s not forget about that heart of gold 💛 I am so inspired by the way she shows up for herself and others.
