Who’s running today?
After a 4 week break from all running to nurse some nagging injuries, I finally got back out there and it felt great! It’s a hot one in Boston today, so controlling my speed was my main focus.
One of my favorite exercises is alternating slow and fast miles. The best part about it, you get to choose what is slow and fast!
If you’re not running today, don’t forget to get up and move or work on some recovery or stretching. And always stay hydrated!
